Being an Indian, I always seek for flavorful dishes. Besides Indian cuisine, I think Mexican cuisine is one of those flavor packed cuisine with lot of variety. I love me a good Mexican feast. Which is one of the biggest reason you’ll fine lot of vegetarian Mexican recipes on my blog.
