Spicy Creamy Tortellini

Spicy Creamy Tortellini

Spicy Creamy Tortellini slathered in creamy spicy red sauce flavored with fresh hot red chili and garlic, served with garlic roasted broccoli to make a perfect quick weeknight dinner!

I love playing with different type of sauces with different type of pasta. I always have cheese tortellini handy. So this time I wanted to give it a little spicy kick with fresh hot red chilis and garlic. This marinara sauce is spiced up with fresh hot red chilis, crushed red chilis and minced garlic. I used cream cheese and heavy cream to make ti creamy. I absolutely love this sauce not just for tortellini but for panne too!

This spicy dish is very simple and easy to make. It is so perfect for busy weeknights, comes together within minutes! You must be thinking how is it healthy?!?! Well, how about we serve it with decent amount of garlic roasted broccoli to add some fiber? I absolutely love this combo! If you find it too spicy, cut down on amount of hot red chili or crushed red chilis and make it kids friendly!
