Flamin Hot Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Air fried/baked Flamin Hot Buffalo Cauliflower Bites coated with spicy sauce and hint of tandoori masala, crisped up using spicy cheetos crumbs!
I love me some spicy cauliflower bites! These bites are coated with tandoori chickpea flour batter and air fried to give them gluten free crispy coating. In addition, they are slathered in spicy sauce mix made out of Frank’s RedHot, buffalo sauce and tabasco sauce to give them the perfect spicy kick. Now you might wonder if they are crispy enough or not after coating them with spicy sauce mix. Well, how about we use Flamin Hot Cheetos to make them crispy?!?! Yes, you read it right! I wanted to use Flamin Hot Cheetos Crumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs to give these cauliflower bites that extra crisp! As a result, They turned out so so good with this cheetos crumb hack! It did not only added that extra crispiness, but also enhanced the flavor of this healthish bites!
These bites are a definite party pleaser. I like to make them on Super Bowl Sunday as an appetizer. I make a big batch of it and user the leftovers in so many different ways. For example, you can use them for tacos, quesadillas, burritos, salad etc. There are so many other quick and healthy appetizers that you can make for your Super Bowl party like CAULIFLOWER MANCHURIAN ON THE BED OF ASIAN COLESLAW and no chopping required SUPER GREEN GUACAMOLE .
Happy and Healthy Eating!
