Kodiak Beetroot Waffles
Quick and easy protein waffles, packed with nutrients and amazing flavors with a hint of coconut, rose and cardamom
Servings: 6 small waffles
- 1 cup Kodiak Protein-Packed Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 1 cup Fairlife 2% Plain Milk
- 1 medium Roasted/boiled beetroot, shredded
- ⅓ cup Dry Shredded Coconut, unsweetened
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- ½ tsp Rose Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
Mix all ingredients listed above, make 4 large or 6 medium waffles using waffle maker. Or simply make pancakes using some butter
Top it with either cottage cheese for more protein or whipped cream along with fresh berries, slices banana and sprinkle of powdered sugar with drizzle of maple serup!
