Preheat oven on 425°F.
Make an incision on hoagie bun to cut open 3/4th way. Leaving one side of the bun still uncut.
Butter the buns and spread some pizza sauce on the inside of the bun.
Place decent amount of veggie mix on the bun.
Place decent amount of vegetarian sausage mix on top of veggie layer. (This step is optional if you are avoiding fake meat)
Spread little more sauce on top of sausage mix, skip this step if your sausage mix has good amount of sauce in it.
Place couple slices of provolone cheese on each bun. Sprinkle some seasoning.
Bake it for 8-9 minutes. After that broil for a minute or two to get some brown spots on the cheese.
Take it out of the oven and serve it while hot with ice cold beer, soda or sparkling water!
