Mango Mastani
Mango Mastani - creamy delicious Summer time mango milkshake made with fresh mangos, hint of saffron & cardamom, and vanilla ice cream!

Shake
- 2 medium Ripe Mango honey mango, kesar mango, hapus mango, alphonso mango would work great
- 10 string Saffron
- ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
- 2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream about ⅓ cup
- 2 cup Cold Whole Milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
Garnishing
- 2 tbsp Crushed Cashews
- 2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- 6 string Saffron
- 2 pinch Cardamom Powder
Blend everything listed under "Shake" ingredients to a smooth consistency.
Pour the milkshake in 2-3 cups evenly.
Garnish each glass with a scoop of ice cream, some crushed cashews, a string or two of saffron and a pinch of cardamom powder.
Serve it immediately while its cold!
