Crunchy Veggie Raita - Simplest Indian condiment made with yogurt, some crunchy veggies, basic spices along with fresh garlic and cilantro!!

- 1½ cup Whole Milk Plain Desi Yogurt
- 1½ cup Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Finely Chopped Red Onions
- ½ cup Finely Chopped Multi Color Peppers
- ½ cup Finely Chopped Cucumber
- ½ cup Finely Chopped Tomatoes tomatoes are options as it tend to make the raita a bit runny, so if you prefer less runny consistency, just skip it
- ¼ cup Finely Chopped Cilantro
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 clove Minced Garlic
Mix all the ingredients listed above.
Serve it with biryani, pulao, parathas etc!
