Hariyali Paneer Tikka
Hariyali Paneer Tikka, soft paneer, onion & pepper cubes marinated with minty spicy flavors and baked to perfection, making it a great sheet pan recipe!

Green Paste Ingredients
- 1 cup Lightly Packed Fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup Cilantro
- ½ cup Baby Spinach
- 1 Serrano
- 1 inch Ginger Root
- 1 large Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
- 2 tbsp Kasuri Methi
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil any other oil would work
- 1 tbso Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- ¼ tsp Mango Powder
Other
- ⅓ cup Full Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 lb Paneer, cubed preferably SACH paneer
- ½ large Red Onion, cubed
- 1 Green Pepper, cubed
Blend everything listed under "Green Paste Ingredients", you should not need any water to make this paste as we want the paste to be thick.
Once the paste it ready, take it out in a big bowl, mix it with yogurt. Then add in cubed paneer, onion & pepper.
Coat everythign really well with the green marinade. Cover and refrigorate it for anywhere from 30 min to overnight.
Once ready, place it all in a single layer in a greased sheet pan. Bake it on 425℉ for 20 min, or until the paneer/veggies edges start to char.
Once done, enjoy it as it is or as a salad topper or to make wrap/sandwiches/panini/pizza etc.
