Apple Oats Smoothie - delicately flavored plant based smoothie made with apple, oats, nut butter and sweet spices that is filling and nutritious!

- 1 small Apple preferred Fuji or Gala
- ¼ cup Oats either quick cook or rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Nut Butter
- 2 cup Plant Based Milk regular milk can be used too!
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey 1 tsp for light sweetness, 2 tsp for more
- 1 pinch Cinnamon Powder more or less based on preference
- 1 pinch Nutmeg Powder more or less based on preference
- ¾ cup Ice
