Prepare tortellini according to package instruction, cook it a minute under keeping it al dente.
Heat 3 tbsp of olive oil and saute sliced garlic on medium heat until it gets golden brown.
Add prepared tortellini and keep cooking on medium heat until they get crispy.
Keep flipping and turning them frequently and making sure they do not burn.
Once tortellinis are crispy enough, add 3 tbsp (more or less based on your preference) of TJ's chili onion crunch. Mix well. Serve it hot with the side of garlicky roasted broccoli !
