Baked Mixed Berry Oatmeal
Organic rolled oats baked with mixed berries, banana, walnuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon along with almond milk to make a perfect warm vegan gluten-free breakfast!

- 1 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 2½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk less if you want to make it a bit firm, and not ooey gooey
- 2 tbsp Flax Meal
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 tbsp for less sweetness, 3 tbsp for more
- ¼ cup Coconut Flakes
- ¼ cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 Large Banana, sliced
- ½ cup Blueberries
- ½ cup Strawberries
- ½ cup Blackberries
- ½ cup Rasberries
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix all ingredients in a deep baking pan.
Bake it on 375°F for 35 minutes.
Serve it hot with extra almond milk and maple syrup if desired!
