Baked Mixed Berry Oatmeal

Organic rolled oats baked with mixed berries, banana, walnuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon along with almond milk to make a perfect warm vegan gluten-free breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • cup Unsweetened Almond Milk less if you want to make it a bit firm, and not ooey gooey
  • 2 tbsp Flax Meal
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 tbsp for less sweetness, 3 tbsp for more
  • ¼ cup Coconut Flakes
  • ¼ cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 Large Banana, sliced
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • ½ cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup Blackberries
  • ½ cup Rasberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix all ingredients in a deep baking pan.
  • Bake it on 375°F for 35 minutes.
  • Serve it hot with extra almond milk and maple syrup if desired!
