Overnight Chia Oats!

Combination of overnight oats and overnight chia pudding! Overnight Chia Oats are perfect for busy summer mornings. Put few ingredients together at night time and ready to eat in the morning!

Ingredients

  • cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk
  • ½ cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Mix nut and seed butter any nut/seed butter would work
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup OR Honey
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder

Instructions

  • Blend almond milk, nut butter, cinnamon powder and maple syrup in a blender until smooth. If you don't want to use blander, you can just stir these ingredients with a spoon until smooth.
  • Pour the liquid you just made to a 16 oz or bigger mason jar. Add 1 tbsp chia seeds to it and stir very well, close the jar and give it a good shake.
  • Add ½ cup of rolled oats to the jar and stir very well. Close the jar and give it a good shake
  • Its a good idea to shake the jar couple of times more every 15 minutes because the chia seeds seem to get clumpy and we want to make sure that does not happen as we don't want a huge lump of chia pudding in our mouth when we eat this in the morning!
  • Keep it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, add your preferred toping to the Overnight Chia oats and Enjoy!
